I worked for the Missouri Booth — the Missouri Partnership ,Springfield Area chamber of Commerce and other companies.
I interpreted for them. As I work as a free-lance interpreter (Chinese <-> English )so it’s very common that I may work for different people from different companies or countries.
I also learned some new things during this fair such as the biggest city in Missouri state is St.Louis, the 2nd is Kansas and the 3rd is Springfield. I would never know that if I didn’t work for the people from there…well, I probably will forget soon..hhaha…
I didn’t interpret a lot as most people can speak English. So, workwise it wasn’t really a load, just standing up the whole day was tiring .
Every time I enjoy working for different people of different fields as I learn new things. It’s challenging.
