Yes, now you just have to attend to the various whims of the Citizen and above ranks.

Though I suggest that you avoid Chinaren's 'whims'.

I've just realised that Aristocrat rank is still within the 'medium' or 'silver' ranks. The next one is the first of the 'upper' ranks.

I would like to point out that I've just realized that I'm a Respected Citizen now. And I'm still the richest one here. I could spend 1000 groats and still be ahead of the Bank of Tome. Although now I think about it, that 1000 would go into the bank and therefore disrupt the balance...

I just checked, and there's one more rank above City Dweller before the 'Gold' ranks! Basically CD is 5 silver stars, but Chinaren and Saint both have another primary rank (Advertiser and Owl thing), so they don't show.
