Okay, so to mark the launch of Facebook Usernames, I'm opening this page.

Most of us have each other anyway, but drop your usernames here, now that you don't have to copy a three-million character url.

Actually, Saint, Usernames were launched weeks ago. It was something at the top of the screen, but you had to actually read it to see that it was talking about usernames. And before that there was a link you could go to to 'preset' the username before they were released, or something like that.

Sorry I still don't understand.... plus I'm thinking someone bumps down my post count... I just keep seeing the same ammount of posts... and what is the names then for, why not use your real name...

Edit: and suddenly the post count went up... wow isn't that something...

The usernames are used so you can easily give them out. Before usernames, we had a LOT of numbers.

And your post count isn't being dropped, but in some forums (Like the Games forum) you don't get added to your post count or groats.

Keep this on topic you lot.

Cpie, your post count shouldn't go down unless your posts are being deleted. This may happen sometimes when I clean up, but I haven't done that for a while. Keep an eye on it and let me know.
